URGENTLY LOOKING FOR THE REMOTE SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER

As a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and user interfaces while providing technical leadership to a team of developers. Your primary focus will be on front-end development, utilizing your React expertise and other relevant front-end technologies, and the ability to guide and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities:

•Lead the technical vision and execution of high-performance React applications by leveraging your expertise in building scalable and modular components:

•Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software developers, ensuring efficient and high-quality code delivery.

•Drive application excellence by reviewing, optimizing, and actively participating in code reviews, ensuring both high performance and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

•Stay current with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure the team's continuous growth and improvement.

•Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.

•Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.

Qualification, Experience, Competence and Certifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

•Extensive professional frontend development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

•Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.

•Solid knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

•Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

•Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.

•Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus.

•Experience with code versioning tools like Git and related workflows.

•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers.

•Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
