URGENTLY LOOKING FOR THE REMOTE SALESFORCE TEAM LEADER

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD1 and PD2 certs

Experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud with hands-on development

Experience in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning, LWC

Experience in third-party integrations

Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader,

Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins and Change set. SFDC Administration, Flow Management and Configurations.

Experience in deployment

Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources.

Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code.

Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices.

Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews.

Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.
