Position: Contract

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio, helping businesses to manage customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences through real-time, data-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Salesforce Interaction Studio for personalization and customer engagement.
• Design and optimize customer journey mappings and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce tools and platforms.
• Develop and deploy targeted marketing campaigns using Interaction Studio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Interaction Studio.
• Provide insights and reports based on campaign performance and customer behavior data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Interaction Studio.
• Strong understanding of personalization, customer engagement, and journey mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools.
• Ability to integrate and troubleshoot Salesforce Interaction Studio with other marketing platforms.
