About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer - Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers while driving hands-on development of high-performance Python applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MSSQL, Python, and a solid understanding of MongoDB and ElasticSearch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 5-7 Python developers and ensure efficient project delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications.

Ensure strong performance and optimization for MSSQL databases.

Implement effective search and data strategies with MongoDB & ElasticSearch.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in MSSQL (mandatory).

Proven expertise in Python development (Django, Flask, etc.).

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and ElasticSearch is a plus.

At least 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 5-7 developers.

Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
