Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager who can oversee the coordination, execution, and delivery of language translation projects to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Coordination: Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
· Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to translators, editors, and proofreaders based on project requirements, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle and implement effective mitigation strategies.
· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with translators, editors, and other team members to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve any project-related issues.
· Technology Utilization: Utilize translation management systems (TMS) and other tools effectively to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
· Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance metrics, and client feedback to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the translation or language services industry.
· Language Skills: Proficiency in English with strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural sensitivities.
· Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
· Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any, Knowledge about industry and same background experience required.
