Very Immediate joiners HR EXECUTIVE looking for in Motera, Ahmedabad Location.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage salary revisions, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll.
- Handle employee queries regarding compensation.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including induction and training programs.
Attendance & Leave Management:
- Maintain and monitor attendance records using HR software.
- Handle leave applications and ensure leave policies are adhered to.
- Generate attendance reports for payroll processing.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Educate employees about HR policies and enforce them consistently.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive work environment and ensure a strong employer-employee relationship.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes.
- Support department heads in conducting appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with HR software and payroll management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
