Job Responsibilities:


The key is to develop and maintain financial well-being of the organization-


 Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

 Participate in the strategic decisions as a member of Executive Team.

 Provide financial projections and accounting services and preparing growth plans.

 Evaluate the new projects / revenue opportunities, projecting acquisition and expansion, prospects, analyzing the company’s operations.

 Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.

 Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

 Analyse ways and means to accumulating capital to fund expansion.

 Forecasting the profitability statements in line with existing and proposed business plans.

 Develops finance strategies by financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking in line with business and economic trends.

 Establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

 Identify opportunities for improvement within the organization system

 Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

 Train and update team about job knowledge and new regulations

 Ensure credibility of the company and its positioning as a lucrative investment prospect for Financial Institutions and organizing Finance facilities thereof; liaison with financial institutions and Government Authorities as needed.

 Ensure daily accounting systems of the organization, including payments, invoices, taxes are in place and statutory compliances are met regularly.

 Manage the Finance and Purchases department

 Monitor Financial results on regular basis and keep the Executive team updated.

 Evaluating HR strategies by determining accountabilities, policies, and procedures, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies.

 Good understanding of International trade and Trade finance is required to ascertain the above.
