Immediately Hiring for skilled and highly-experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support Founder/CEO in Construction Industry.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently. The candidate requires to assist with daily tasks which is not limited to calendar management, travel management, expense management, time management, making minutes of meetings, desk management, data management, visitor profile screening, email management, taking phone calls on behalf of the director along with all secretarial and clerical practices followed by an executive administrative professional in this field.
Candidate will be working both as personal and executive secretary moreover as a personal manager.
This job role may involve travelling for events and exhibitions giving on-ground assistance as and when required.
The candidate will act as a barrier and door keeper for the director with all internal and external clients and meetings. The candidate eventually will become the face of the management for all internal and external meetings and decision making. Candidate will become one point of contact for all communication possibilities both internal and external.
Manage and maintain CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion with able to assisting the special projects and events as needed.
The normal working hours are 10 am to 6 pm, 6 days a week, however, due to exigency of work sometimes in exceptional situation the candidate might have to stay in the office for a couple of hours or so more.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Besides these the candidate must be able to effectively use VC meeting tools such as MS Teams, ZOOM, WEBEX, Google Meets etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Note: Any highly experienced candidates from Construction/Infrastructure will be highly recommended as it will be our first added advantage. Other wise we are open to hire from any background in the above-mentioned requirements criteria.
