On Salary Remuneration: The deserving candidates will be on for Probation Period for the Three (3) Months On Per candidate placement. After successfully completion of 3 months of probation period, the candidate will be appointed with fixed salary along with incentives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to identify their educational and career goals.
• Provide detailed information about educational programs, admission processes, and career options.
• Assess students' academic performance and interests to guide them towards suitable programs.
• Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their goals and aspirations.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on available programs and scholarships.
• Organize and conduct workshops or webinars on various educational and career planning topics.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage trust and openness.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Knowledge of educational programs to provide accurate and insightful suggestions to students.
• Ability to assess student needs and tailor advice that fits their unique aspirations and situations.
