URGENTLY LOOKING FOR THE REMOTE DATA ANALYST

Job Description:

We are looking for actuarial data analysts to join our team to deliver a strategic project for a leading insurance client. The skillset required is actuarial resources with an understanding of the data and Python. We are not looking for modeling actuaries to work on actuarial models but are looking for actuarial data analysts.

Skills and responsibilities:

* Experience working in IFRS actuarial projects , including an understanding of the data needs of the actuarial platforms

* Experience working on data formats and platforms for ingestion of data into the IFRS CSM engine

* Experience working with Prophet DCS for transforming data into the CSM engine readable format and for aggregating contracts into groups in compliance with the standard

* Devise solutions to close identified gaps by leveraging current systems and available data.

* Performed Prophet Variable Reconciliation and resolved errors to ensure desired outputs.

* Experience creating reports to analyze results generated from IFRS 17 software, validating the calculations performed.

* Reconcile the CSM Engine outputs with sample model points to verify calculations and model roll-forward.

* Understanding of SQL is mandatory and Python knowledge is preferred.
