Looking urgently for the Co-Founder for the SEO/Marketing startup agency based out in Delhi NCR. This position is entirely 50% of profit sharing along with some investment needed in case of any requirements.

We don't have any limited requirements on the level of experience, but, the deserving candidate must have potential to reach business at new heights of success and have some good experience enough to scale up Sales & marketing of the company.

Any experience in startup/business founding previously will be also help in terms of added-advantage.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with running the agency, including sales, marketing, research, and communication. They will contribute to the development and implementation of SEO strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the team to drive digital growth.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and interpret SEO metrics
• Excellent Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions and team collaboration
• Sales and Marketing skills: Experience in sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Research skills: Ability to conduct market research and identify industry trends
• Experience in the digital marketing industry
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithms
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in managing client relationships
