Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing our financial operations and strategic investments. You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as leading merger and acquisition activities, company valuation, and analysis to support our strategic decision-making processes. 


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Business Valuations.


2. Should be able to handle or handled earlier accounts/compliance worth INR 500-600 Crores.


3. Should have done Mergers & Acquisitions independently.


4. Around 10+ years of experience.


5. Experience in IPO Launching.


6.Manage the company's investment portfolio, including conducting investment analysis, evaluating potential investment opportunities, and providing recommendations to senior management.


7.Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of invested companies, preparing reports and making recommendations for optimization.


8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial aspects of business initiatives, projects, and strategic planning.


9.Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry best practices, and ensure their implementation within the organization.


Qualifications and Skills:

 

-   Qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of working in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and export-oriented company.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

 

- Proficiency in investment analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.

-Must have post qualification experience in handling Merger and Acquisitions and was actively part of project

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and investment partners.

- Proficient in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
