Immediate Looking for a Proactive and results-driven Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
· Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in alignment with company goals.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
· Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids for prospective clients, ensuring they reflect the client's requirements and our capabilities.
· Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
· Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the language services industry.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of translation services, localization, and the language industry landscape.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Result Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and business development are a plus.
