Super Urgently Looking for the Billing Engineer at the location of Bargarh (Odisha)

A. Civil Structure Work (experience with RCC / PCC / cement concrete, brick work, excavation, plastering, painting etc. etc.):

Civil Billing Engineer should be conversant with the following with his on the job training: 

(Qualification can be B. Tech. (Civil) with 5 years and Diploma (Civil) with 8 years working experience)

1. Bar Bending Schedule preparation.

2. Understanding the way to measure civil work quantities.

3. Expert in writing civil Measurement Book (MB)/ Joint Measurement Records (JMRs).

4. Conversant with DSR of CPWD and the terminology used there.

5. Proficient in quantity surveying.

6. Should have experience of working in billing of Industrial projects - process projects such as Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Power Plants, Refineries etc.

7. Should be reasonably proficient in Excel, in making Abstract Sheet of the bills.

8. Should be well experienced in making all attachments of the bills.

9. Good reader of civil drawings.

B. Steel Structural Work (Experience with Fabricated Steel Structural, such as PEB Shed, Technological Structurals, Site Fabricated Structures etc. etc. during his past jobs):

Steel Structural Billing Engineer should be conversant with the following on the job training: 

(Qualification can be B. Tech. (Civil) or B. Tech (Mechanical) with 5 years and Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 8 years working experience)

1. Fit up plan or Fit out plan or Layout plan

2. ⁠Fabrication plan

3. ⁠Erection plan

4. ⁠Structural sections, their per meter weight, especially, for medium and heavy structural

5. ⁠Site fabrication and erection

6. ⁠Rates of steel structural works

7. ⁠Working out weights from drawings and bill of materials etc.

8. Good reader of structural drawings.

9. Proficient in Excel

10. Should have experience of working in billing of Industrial projects - process plants such as Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Power Plants, Refineries, Gas installations etc.
