Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Medical Volunteer. As a Medical Volunteer, you will contribute to providing essential healthcare services to marginalized communities. This is a part-time, remote or hybrid position, open to both interns and freshers with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree/diploma in Medicine, Nursing, or a related field
• Valid certification/license to practice as a medical professional in India
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare protocols and procedures
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language skills are a plus)
• Basic computer literacy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in providing basic medical care and services to patients in need
• Conduct health screenings, assessments, and assist in patient triage
• Administer medication and follow prescribed treatment plans under the guidance of healthcare professionals
• Assist in organizing and running medical camps and health awareness programs
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Educate individuals and communities on basic healthcare practices and disease prevention
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance medical knowledge and skills
