Job Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team at ADM Education & Welfare Society. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital and print media. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to showcase their skills and contribute to our mission of empowering change and transforming lives. This position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and offers part-time, remote, and internship employment options.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design work is required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines
• Ensure designs are delivered within the given timeline and meet the desired objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for design projects
• Provide support in developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across various platforms
• Assist in the creation and modification of marketing materials, presentations, and other visual assets
• Maintain a portfolio of previous work and demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles
