We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraiser to join our team at ADM Education & Welfare Society. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors

• Experience in fundraising or sales is a plus, but not required

• Proficient in using fundraising software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to raise funds for our organization
• Identify and cultivate potential donors, sponsors, and partners for fundraising opportunities
• Plan and organize fundraising events and campaigns
• Create and deliver compelling fundraising appeals and presentations
• Maintain and manage donor relationships, ensuring timely and appropriate communication
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of donations and funds raised
• Stay updated on fundraising best practices and new trends in the industry
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve fundraising goals
• Contribute to the development of fundraising materials and resources
