What You’ll Do:

  • Client Onboarding: Handle Facebook and Shopify account setup, including pixel connection and asset allocation to Performance Marketers and Media Buyers.
  • Daily Client Communication: Conduct daily calls with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate client updates and requirements to Project Managers and Performance Marketers.
  • Training: Provide Basecamp training to clients for smooth collaboration.
  • Project Monitoring: Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports with clients on campaign performance and project updates.

We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Facebook Ads, Shopify, and pixel setup.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
