Role: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai


Qualification: 12th or Any Graduation

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of home loans and various insurance products.

Market Knowledge: Awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.

Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and explain financial products, interest rates, and loan terms.

Sales Techniques: Mastery of sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.

CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage sales leads.

Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients.

Legal and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of legal requirements and compliance issues related to home loans and insurance products.

Documentation Skills: Ability to handle paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and tailor products accordingly.

Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools for sales presentations and documentation.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
