JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Sound knowledge on GPS-based VTS (Vehicle Tracking System).
  • Good Communication with customers by telephone, and email.
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been raised by customers.
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as login issues or technical Issues.
  • Arranging and Coordinating with the engineers for Installation and troubleshooting of devices.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers/ Sales persons.
  • Learning about your organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Preparing Engineer Performance reports on a Monthly basis.
  • Taking a scheduled dump of non-working devices and doing follow-up with the customers for the same.

·        Strategically support client by giving correct Tracking solution.

·        Played an active role in tapping new high-revenue-generating customers.

·        Solving online & practical queries & working as Lead Technical Support Engineer in a reputed technical team.

·        Establish and maintain product service and support setup.

·        Support local sales teams in technical queries for customers and corporate.
