Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition:
o Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
o Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
· Client Relationship Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Sales Targets:
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Track and report on sales performance metrics.
· Market Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
o Provide feedback to the company on market trends and client needs.
· Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.
· Coordination:
o Coordinate with Marketing team for lead
o Manage coordination with Support team
Qualifications:
· Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
· Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or Exp. in GPS industry will be an added advantage.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
o Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
· Remuneration:
o Salary + Incentive
