Position Overview:
We are looking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
· Utilise various channels to source and identify potential candidates, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
· Review resumes and applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate’s potential and interest in the position.
Coordination and Communication:
· Coordinate for interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
· Communicate effectively with candidates, providing information about the organisation, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.
· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences.
· Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers to assist in the decision-making process.
· Maintain open and transparent communication with hiring teams.
Job Postings and Advertising:
· Draft informative and accurate job descriptions for respective positions.
· Post job openings on various platforms, including job portals and social media.
· Monitor the performance of job postings.
Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
· Perform initial screening of the candidate.
· Collect and evaluate feedback from line managers.
· Assist in making recommendations for candidate selection.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
· Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide updates to the respective authority.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
· Familiarity with recruitment tools, and other HR software.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
