We are in to Manufacturing, distribution & System Integration of Electronic Security System Our offerings include CCTV systems, Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, Access Control Solutions, Public Address Systems, BMS, IT infrastructure (Active and Passive Networking), AV Solutions, Gate Automation and More.


Role & responsibilities


  • Candidate must have experience in 8-15 Year Channel/Projects Sales.
  • The key purpose of this role would be to promote and achieve ELV business revenue in the assigned territory by engaging with end-users, consultants, and system integrators.
  • You will be instrumental in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies that are geared toward achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and enhancing brand recognition.
  • Building, guiding, and nurturing a high-performance sales team will be central to your role. Setting clear objectives and providing continuous guidance will be your mandate to ensure the team's triumph.
  • Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with key customers and partners is paramount. Their needs will be addressed assiduously to ensure their contentment. •
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics, conducting data analysis, and preparing regular reports for senior management will be instrumental in charting our course to success.
  • Geographical coverage of all the regions by introducing new partners in all the segmented cities.
  • Building and maintaining relationship with existing and new solution Customers/partners for growth and new business opportunities.
  • Engage with MEP and PMC Consultants for the wide coverage in the upcoming projects.


Preferred candidate profile


  • An Engineering degree holder in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years regional experience is a Sales specializing large scale Electronic Security Systems projects
  • Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities
  • Strong Team Leading Experience.
