Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
2. Coordination:
Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client calls.
Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
3. Order Management:
Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Monitor the progress of orders and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
Resolve order-related issues and communicate updates to customers.
4. Administrative Duties:
Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and communications.
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management.
Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotions, or trade shows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
