Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, pain points, and goals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of company products and services.
2. Solution Development:
Analyze client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, proof of concepts (POCs), and customized demonstrations.
3. Proposal Management:
Prepare detailed, compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Team Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Train and support the sales team by providing in-depth knowledge of products and services.
5. Market & Industry Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to provide strategic insights.
Identify opportunities for new products or enhancements based on market feedback.
6. Sales Support:
Assist in closing deals by addressing client concerns, managing technical discussions, and presenting the business value of solutions.
Provide post-sale handover to the implementation and account management teams.
