Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant teams.
Assist in conducting skills assessments and background checks as part of the selection process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance in recruitment processes.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and networking events to promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
