Project Planning and Management

Technical Oversight

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the project team.

Team Leadership

Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical and managerial support.

Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.

Client and Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and updates throughout the project.

Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.

Budget and Resource Management

Monitor project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns.

Procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.

Quality Assurance and Safety

Implement quality control measures to ensure all installations meet project specifications.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards.

7. Handover and Documentation

Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings, test reports, and other project documentation.

Ensure a smooth handover to the client, including training and support as needed.
