Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at Adisesh Projects. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate projects, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining good relationships with customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant sales tools
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Promote and sell Adisesh Projects' real estate projects to potential buyers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and online platforms
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and organize property viewings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
