Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting activities efficiently utilizing the SAP ERP system.
- Skilled in SAP Controlling (CO) to effectively track and control costs, ensuring financial efficiency, through various cost-controlling models.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness in reporting financial data.
- Competence in account reconciliation tasks to ensure that all financial statements and balances are accurate and fully aligned.
- Analytical skills for conducting comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic financial decisions and tax compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP System to facilitate cohesive financial and management accounting processes.
- Experience in auditing with the capability to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to financial standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with tax compliance requirements to ensure that financial practices comply with taxation regulations and standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations using the SAP system to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Perform and supervise the reconciliation of accounts and ensure that all ledger accounts are properly managed and balanced.
- Support financial audits and prepare audit files adhering to audit policies and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, facilitating tax compliance and reporting.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making processes of the organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to consolidate and report financial data with precision and clarity.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and data analytics to aid in comprehensive financial reviewing.
- Identify process improvements within financial operations to enhance accuracy and efficiency across all accounting tasks.
