Job Overview


We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team at ADG BALAJI BUSINESS PVT. LTD. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical product knowledge such as cement, tiles & sanitaryware to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understanding of sales and business development principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding our products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
