• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Manage end to end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post service engagement with customers.
• Excellent on Negotiations
• Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion.
• Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by email.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
• Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Operating on CRM tools (Freshdesk)
• Strong Aptitude for Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight.
• Excellent Communication Skills - both English & Hindi, any local language is desirable.
