Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This is a Junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India. As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.

• Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
