Job Overview


We are seeking a Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This is a Junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India. As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage cash registers, handle financial transactions, and prepare daily sales reports.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in store management.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.
