Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation activities.
• Contribute to employee relations tasks, such as processing paperwork and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and emerging trends.
• Support with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• A passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
