Job Purpose

Estimation engineer is required to give cost estimates for CAPEX, to prepare first principle cost analysis and give internal cost to techno commercial to help in negotiation for all Airport across the India.

Key Accountabilities

• To prepare rate analysis from first principle and prepare cost with options.
• Prepare CAPEX and get it approve from management with best option with accuracy of ± 5%.
• Work out internal rates and give it to techno commercial for negotiation with vendors with accuracy of ± 5%.
• If vendor not ready to work within internal amount, negotiate with vendor and get it done within internal amount with accuracy of ± 5%.
• Prepare rate analysis for regulatory submission with DSR, CPWD and PAR basis and help regulatory team to get it approved from regulatory as and when required by regulatory team within time.
• Settlement of extra items/claim submitted by vendors by proper studying of contract document and preparing rate analysis for extra item as per site condition within time required by project team.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

BE/B.Tech in Civil from reputed AICTE/UGC approved College/University

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

• 4 to 8 years of experience in projects like residential and commercial spaces, high rise building RCC with major finishes works. Infra projects like roads, bridges, airports, ports etc.
• Above all experience required in cost estimation, cost preparation for tendering/bidding and contract finalization. Good knowledge required in equipment, labour and material consumption and productivity in civil works.
