Job Description: <ul><li>Should be experienced in End to end IT recruitment.</li><li>Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.</li><li>Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, Linkedin etc.</li><li>Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication etc according to the given job description.</li><li>Coordinating and scheduling interviews with technical team and get feedbacks in time.</li><li>Ability to do offer negotiations with the candidates, offering and onboarding them on stipulated time.</li><li>Good in MS excel, report generation.</li><li>Maintaining recruitment reports, identifying areas of improvement and executing process changes.</li><li>Initiating and participating in placement drives as per requirement (campus drives, walk-ins )</li></ul>
