• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and negotiate job offers
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide talent solutions
