We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Travel Operation Executive to join our team at Bliss Worldwide Destination Management Pvt Ltd. As an International Travel Operation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of international travel arrangements for our clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in international travel operations
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with international travel regulations and requirements
• Proficiency in English and a second language is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book international flights, hotels, and ground transportation for clients
• Ensure all travel arrangements are in line with client preferences and requirements
• Stay updated with the latest travel regulations and advisories
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process
• Resolve any travel-related issues, such as flight delays or cancellations
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and negotiate favorable rates and packages
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries for clients
• Assist clients with visa and passport requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
