Position: Dotnet Full Stack Developer Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dotnet Full Stack Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing full-stack applications using .NET technologies and React.js. This role involves leading a team, contributing to project architecture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Development:

• Design and develop scalable and secure web applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework, and C#.NET.
• Implement responsive front-end components using React.js.

Database Management:

• Develop and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures in SQL Server.

Cloud Integration:

• Utilize Azure services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, and C#.NET.
• Strong experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including complex query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services on Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience leading teams and driving project success.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field.
