Job Overview
Acuity IT Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruitment Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India, and is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a qualified pool of candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract potential candidates.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background verification of selected candidates.
- Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other recruitment events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create and update recruitment policies and procedures.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
