What we are looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic Quality Analyst to help maintain our call quality for our client projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Listen and filter all quality surveys conducted via voice files
• Identify errors/quality parameter concerns
• Assess the call and score it for a Quality A or Quality B call
• Train employees for quality parameters
• Conduct regular sessions on good calls and bad calls
• Promote good calls via constant training and education of the same
• Ensure that feedback is given in the right format without affecting the motivation of our interviewers.
