What we are looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Quality Analyst to help maintain our call quality for our client projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Listen and filter all quality surveys conducted via voice files
- Identify errors/quality parameter concerns
- Assess the call and score it for a Quality A or Quality B call
- Train employees for quality parameters
- Conduct regular sessions on good calls and bad calls
- Promote good calls via constant training and education of the same
- Ensure that feedback is given in the right format without affecting the motivation of our interviewers
