Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage accounts, and drive revenue growth through strong client relationships and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Address client needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  1. Account Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
