Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sponsorship Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship strategies for a talent hunt initiative from scratch.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to secure funding and partnerships for the talent hunt event.

2. Identify and approach potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship deals that align with ACMOBOOK's brand and objectives.

3. Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to pitch to potential sponsors.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements and deliverables.

6. Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sponsorship management, preferably in the entertainment or events industry.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with sponsors and stakeholders.

4. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.

7. Familiarity with the Delhi NCR market and network of potential sponsors is highly desirable.
