- Negotiate and close franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure effective franchise management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Produce regular reports and analysis on franchise sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
