Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, business-savvy individual to join Surya Kids as a Co-Founder & Investor. The ideal candidate will bring significant value through both strategic leadership and financial investment. You will work closely with the founding team to drive growth, build a franchise network, and ensure the brand's successful expansion across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

 - Develop and implement long-term growth strategies for the Surya Kids brand.

 - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the preschool education space.

 - Build a robust franchise model to drive expansion across India.

 - Oversee all business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

2. Investment & Fundraising:

 - Provide a financial investment to support the initial stages of expansion.

 - Work with the founding team to secure additional investment from external stakeholders as needed.

 - Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure sustainable growth.

3. Business Development & Franchise Growth:

 - Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand the franchise network across different regions.

 - Cultivate relationships with prospective franchise owners and partners.

 - Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase franchise sales and enrollment.

4. Team Building & Leadership:

 - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across key functional areas.

 - Foster a positive, dynamic culture aligned with the Surya Kids values and mission.

 - Drive employee engagement and ensure operational excellence at all levels.

5. Brand Development & Customer Acquisition:

 - Strengthen the Surya Kids brand identity through innovative marketing campaigns and public relations strategies.

 - Focus on acquiring customers (parents and franchise partners) through various marketing channels, including digital, offline, and referral programs.

- Proven experience in building and scaling a business, preferably in the education, franchising, or consumer goods sectors.

- A passion for early childhood education and a strong belief in the Surya Kids mission.

- Previous experience in business development, franchise expansion, or operations management.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive results.

- A strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to invest capital into the business and contribute to the financial stability of the venture.

- Ability to network and build relationships with potential investors, partners, and franchise owners.
