About Surya Kids:

Surya Kids is a growing preschool franchise with a focus on providing quality early childhood education across India. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic co-founder to help us expand our franchise network in Northern India and on a PAN India level.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Strategic Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Surya Kids’ franchise across Northern India and PAN India.

 • Partnership Building: Identify and engage with potential franchisees, partners, and stakeholders to grow the franchise network.

 • Business Development: Spearhead the market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in untapped regions.

 • Franchise Support: Work closely with franchisees to ensure smooth operations and adherence to Surya Kids’ quality standards.

 • Brand Development: Enhance the visibility and brand reputation of Surya Kids through effective marketing strategies.

 • Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to build a strong company culture, make key business decisions, and drive operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

 • Proven experience in business expansion, franchise development, or scaling startups, preferably in the education or childcare sector.

 • Strong network within Northern India and an understanding of market dynamics in the region.

 • Ability to think strategically and drive long-term business growth.

 • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education and early childhood development.

 • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

 • Willingness to work on an equity-based compensation model initially.
