Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Centre Head at ACMOBOOK. As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our centre in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a full-time position with an excellent opportunity for growth and career development. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development
• Experience in event planning and social media marketing is a plus
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the centre, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all departments within the centre
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students
• Supervise and support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education
• Conduct regular meetings with parents and address their concerns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the centre's programs and events
• Manage the centre's budget and ensure efficient use of resources
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff
• Stay updated with the latest trends in education and implement best practices
