Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Acme Infolabs: Digital Marketing Agency India. This is a junior-level, full-time position, based at our Noida headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, excelling in cold calling, email marketing, and lead qualification (mandatory skills).
Qualifications and Skills
- Cold calling experience with a strong ability to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads (Mandatory skill).
- Email marketing proficiency, including drafting and sending effective email campaigns to generate leads (Mandatory skill).
- Lead qualification skills to ensure identified leads meet the pre-set criteria before passing them on to the sales team (Mandatory skill).
- Sales prospecting skills to effectively identify potential customers and approach them strategically.
- Strong market research abilities to keep abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage and maintain customer information efficiently.
- Excellent networking skills to develop and nurture professional relationships and expand the contact base.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to Acme Infolabs' services and generating initial interest.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria before passing them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Research and identify new markets and potential clients to expand our client base.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and prospects within the CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and refine the lead conversion process.
- Track and report key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Acme Infolabs and identify potential business opportunities.
