Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate domestic and international leads for services like SEO, website design, and mobile app development.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead validation to deal closure, including negotiation and documentation.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-ups and handovers to the support team when required.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance and sales reports.
Requirements
- Education: MBA/PGDM/BTech/Graduate in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Additional:
- Experience with cold calling and scheduling client meetings.
- Knowledge of IT service offerings and digital marketing trends.
