Job Description-

*Manage full-cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to onboarding) for multiple business verticals.

*Hands-on Experience with Job portals

*Sourcing and Screening the resumes according to requirements allocated.

*Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

*Assist hiring managers with understanding the best practices and constraints of the recruiting process.

*Continuously improve our hiring methodologies by identifying unique and non-traditional sources to find top talent.

*Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.

*Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.

*Bring innovation to hiring

*Maintain MIS on a Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.

*Excellent Communication skills.
